Change Management

This programme provides the participants with a toolkit that is practical and easy to use. It sets out the framework for managing change that is directly applicable to your work environment. Step by step the programme takes you through the stages of change implementation, from initial thinking to communications. The training programme also covers broader concerns such as stakeholder engagement and reputation management.  

Team Building and Team Working

This programme is suitable for both team leaders and project managers, and it can also be delivered as a team event. It provides participants with the skills needed to develop great and inclusive team dynamics. The programme will take the participants through the basics of what makes an effective team, managing conflict in a team, how to sustain an effective team and how to support team development.

Facilitation Skills

Facilitation is becoming increasingly important in working with clients and stakeholders.  At the end of this programme the participants will leave with an understanding of the principles of good facilitation. There will be practical sessions where participants will develop their facilitators interpersonal skills, this includes understanding group processes and group signals, and learning techniques to aid problem solving and decision making.

This programme is suitable for team leaders, project managers and line managers. It explores the theories of motivation and how to get the best out of people. It also examines the factors that go together to create a supportive environment in which people can perform more effectively both as individuals as well as in teams. Participants will leave the programme with techniques to apply in the workplace.

Effective Manager

This programme is designed to help managers develop their staff. It provides background theory on what makes an effective manager, how to deal with difficult people and how to get the best out of people. It also focuses on the role of the manager as a coach.  Participants will learn that time spent encouraging and developing staff will be beneficial and productive for both staff and management. 

Assertiveness

This programme equips participants with basic assertiveness skills and the techniques to apply them in a variety of work situations. This includes how to deal with assertive and non-assertive behaviour in others, building relationships at work and dealing with stressful relationships. It also covers a range of day to day practical applications such how to speak up in meetings.   

Influencing Skills

This programme provides participants with the influencing skills they need to achieve positive outcomes. It includes strategies for influencing others, analysis of audience and how to pitch. It also covers different approaches for influencing your peers, senior management, clients and stakeholders.

Successful Event Management

This programme provides a step-by-step guide to creating and running successful events no matter how large or small.  The participants leave the programme with a flexible toolkit that takes them through the entire process from initial ideas right through to running the event on the day.

Project Management and Planning

This programme gives participants the essential skills and attitudes necessary for effective project management. It will instil in participants the processes and skills necessary to deliver projects on time and to cost. When participants leave the programme they will have a tool kit of techniques for effective project management that they can apply in the workplace. This programme highlights the need for effective planning, both before and during the project. 

Personal Development – Career Management Guide  

This programme accompanies individuals along their career path. With thought provoking questions and exercises, it empowers people to take hold of their careers and decide what their next career move should be. It will also help them to evaluate their long-term goals and assess the skills they need to achieve them.
